We're a young gifting startup on a quiet but ambitious mission: to make the perfect gift possible for anyone, anywhere. We're looking for our first Community Manager — the voice, the heartbeat, and the friend behind the brand.
What you'll do
- Be the voice of the brand across Instagram, X, and our community channels — witty, warm, and unmistakably us.
- Live in the replies and DMs. Turn followers into fans, and fans into our first true believers.
- Grow and nurture our beta-tester community — keep them engaged, heard, and excited.
- Bring real conversations back to the team — you'll be our ears on the ground.
- Help shape campaigns, plan content, and spot moments worth jumping on.
Who you are
- You genuinely love people — and you're great in a comment section.
- You have a feel for tone: you know what's funny, what's warm, and what's cringe.
- You've run socials or built a community before (personal or professional — both count).
- You're organised, self-driven, and comfortable in an early-stage, figure-it-out environment.
- Bonus: you already love gifting, or you're a little obsessed with finding the perfect present.
